Refunds

We offer a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@mallivetv.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

• Downloadable products, such as digital templates for Microsoft Office or website templates.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
• Products that are not in their original packaging.
